Two worries come up: will people see it, and does it really move teeth. Aligners are thin clear trays that most people never notice in conversation. They move teeth in small planned steps, and you see the full sequence on screen before the first tray is made.

How it works
Step 01
A digital scan replaces impressions. We check gums and any old fillings first.

Step 02
You see each stage of movement and the expected end position before approving.

Step 03
Trays are worn 20 to 22 hours a day and changed on schedule. Short check-ups every six to eight weeks, or by photographs for patients abroad.
6 to 18 months
Step 04
A retainer holds the result. Without it teeth drift back.

What it costs
Aligner cost depends on how many trays the plan needs and whether both arches are treated. Short cases start from EGP 40,000 and full treatment of both arches from EGP 75,000, retainers included. Payment plans are available.
Questions patients ask
At conversation distance most people do not notice them. Small tooth-coloured attachments are sometimes used and are more visible up close.
Mild cases take around six months, most cases twelve to eighteen. The plan on screen gives your estimate before you start.
A new tray feels tight for a day or two. This is the pressure that moves teeth and it fades quickly.
Yes. After the scan and first fitting, progress is checked with photographs sent on WhatsApp, with an in-person review when you are next in Cairo.
Teeth drift throughout life, so a retainer worn at night is recommended long term. A thin fixed wire behind the front teeth is an alternative.
